Fare la pace è la cosa più bella

Cinquecento palloncini colorati in gomma naturale - tutti biodegrabili, compresa la corda, espressione della vocazione alla tutela del creato del Governatorato - lanciati nel cielo a esprimere la gioia per l’incontro con Papa Francesco. Su ognuno erano impresse le parole del Pontefice: “A te, caro ragazzo, a te, cara ragazza, sei prezioso agli occhi di Dio”.

Making peace is the most beautiful thing

Five hundred colored balloons made of natural rubber - all biodegradable, including the rope, expression of the vocation to protect creation of the Governorate - launched into the sky to express joy for meeting with Pope Francis. On each were impressed the words of the Pontiff: "To you, dear boy, to you, dear girl, you are precious in the eyes of God".

The first steps in friendship and sharing

On June 20, 2025 fun, excitement and joy were the feelings expressed by dozens of children on the opening day of Estate Ragazzi in the Vatican.

Many crowded into Paul VI Hall on Monday morning, June 16, to take part in this year’s edition of the Vatican summer day camp for children. For some, it was the very first time, for others it was returning to share with old friends. For everyone, it was a mix of excitement and curiosity.

Une fête pour dire au revoir et à l'année prochaine

Un spectacle avec des chants, des danses, de la musique et une explosion de joie et d'enthousiasme. Comme autant de chevaliers errants, les enfants qui ont participé au Camp d'été au Vatican sont arrivés au bout de leur voyage. Pour se dire au revoir, ils ont choisi d'organiser une fête. C'est ainsi qu'ils se sont réunis dans la salle Paul VI, dans l'après-midi du jeudi 25 juillet,  et qu'ils ont invité le Cardinal Fernando Vérgez Alzaga et Sœur Raffaella Petrini, respectivement Président et Secrétaire générale du Gouvernorat de l'État de la Cité du Vatican, ainsi que leurs parents, des proches et des amis. Au début, le Cardinal a adressé un bref salut aux jeunes garçons et filles et il a plaisanté avec eux.
