Government Bodies are assisted by the Council of Directors in carrying out the functions mentioned in Article 11.1 of the Fundamental Law.

The Council can be convened by the President in plenary session or in private, each time he deems it necessary. The President can invite external people or experts to the Council’s meetings.

The Council’s functions are regulated by the provisions of the President.
