Raccomandata1 is the best solution for those who have to send items fast and safely. Customers can send up to 2 kilograms of documents, parcels, announcements, etc within Italy (in areas where the service is provided) with the added security of a tracking service
Raccomandata1 delivers your most urgent mail to Italy, within one working day from the time of sending, by the established time limit of 2:00 p.m.
Raccomandata1 is an efficient delivery service because if the first attempt to deliver is not successful, recipients have three days to reorganize the delivery for the following day at no additional cost.
A delivery notice and information about the status of the delivery may be received via email or SMS by requesting it at www.poste.it or by sending an SMS to (+39) 399 99 4543.
Customers can choose the Raccomandata1 con Prova di Consegna (aknowledgement of receipt) for further confirmation that the delivery has taken place. The service sends a card to the sender with the signature of the recipient. The aknowledgement receipt will have the same processing time as the Raccomandata1, as well as the track and trace option.
