From July 6t to 27 Pope Leo XIV resides at the Apostolic Palace of Castel Gandolfo
Pope Leo arrived at the Apostolic Palace of Castel Gandolfo on the afternoon of Sunday, July 5, for the traditional period of respite from Rome’s warmest temperatures. He will remain there until Monday, July 27. Throughout the Sundays of July, the Holy Father will continue to recite the Angelus publicly in the Piazza della Libertà in Castel Gandolfo for the pilgrims gathered there.
This was announced in a statement issued by the Prefecture of the Pontifical Household. The services of the Governorate of Vatican City State will remain present for any needs, ensuring him a serene period of work and rest.
